Why This Program?

Life is fucked up – The Buddha

Ok, maybe I’m paraphrasing but not by much.

Listen, life is sometimes overwhelming for all of us. Between our seemingly endless responsibilities and the chaotic nature of what passes for social or political discourse, all in a world that looks to be spinning out of control, finding peace and gratitude can feel impossible.

But here’s the truth:

You don’t have to let the chaos around you dictate the calm inside you. In fact, if you can learn to control what’s happening “in” you, you naturally begin to reshape what’s happening around you.

In this 9-session, donation-based training, you’ll learn a clear, actionable framework to reconnect with your inner peace and reclaim your life—even if you’ve tried meditation or mindfulness practices in the past and felt like they didn’t “stick.”

About

The Results You Can Expect

This program delivers real, measurable results:

Past participants reported an 80% reduction in worry and a 70% increase in gratitude and life satisfaction.

Mindfulness is the secret weapon of high performers. According to Tools of Titans author Tim Ferriss, over 80% of the world’s most successful individuals have a regular mindfulness practice.

Now, it’s your turn.

How It Works - A Clear Roadmap to Success

I’ve developed a failproof three-phase process for you to follow day by day and week by week.

This framework makes it easy to succeed, even if mindfulness feels unfamiliar and overwhelming or if you’ve tried meditation in the past and it hasn’t worked.

Each phase includes three modules. These are fully covered on our weekly Live interactive Zoom calls.

  • Prepping the Soil: Laying the foundation for a strong practice and a calm, grateful mind.

  • Enjoying the Fruit: Fully embracing peace, gratitude, and joy.

What You Get

Weekly Live Zoom Calls (60 minutes each): Engage directly with Aaron Hendon and each other in a supportive community.  Calls will be recorded, and attendance is highly encouraged.

1

Custom Workbook: Practical exercises and a journal to reinforce learning in 10–15 minutes daily.

2

Personal Coaching (Optional):  Aaron is available to answer questions and provide support between sessions.

3

Disclaimer: This is not a done-for-you, instant fix, lose weight while eating ice cream, bullshit course.
I’ve worked out a path, but you must walk it.

It will take participating in the weekly calls (most of them anyway) and practicing on your own for 10-15 minutes every day.

It’s super simple work, and we’ve got your back the whole time, but if you aren’t willing to do the work, this will not work for you.

This isn’t just any course. It’s a journey to a life where gratitude isn’t merely some nice idea but a moment-to-moment experience (no matter how shitty life looks).

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of this program is based on the Buddhist principle of dana*—a donation.

Knowing that your contribution supports this work and its ongoing impact, you give what feels right.

Is This Program Right For You?

This program is for you if:

  • You’re tired of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

  • You’ve tried mindfulness or meditation before, but it didn’t “stick.”

  • You’re ready to reclaim control over your emotions and “reactivity.”

  • You’ve heard every coach in the world talk about how important having an empowering mindset is, but they never told you how to get (and keep) one.

  • You want to live with less worry, stress, and upset.

  • You want to live in the present moment with gratitude and peace of mind no matter what is happening around you.

TESTIMONIALS

I am less reactive to things as they come up and am truly learning to be "okay" with what happens- trusting that life is unfolding perfectly. I have the strength, resilience, awareness, and connection to my intuition/ inner guidance to navigate through powerfully.

Aaron is a really great facilitator. This is the second meditation training I've participated in and by far the best. I have really loved the simple, relatable explanation of the practice, the guided practice, and - most of all - the opportunity to reflect, share, and ask questions. Aaron creates an environment friendly to growth and development that I expect most people who are curious learners would find warm and welcoming.

I am more aware and mindful in my daily activities. What I've appreciated the most so far was the conversation that we had that there are no mistakes - whatever is done is done and I go from there. I am paying more attention to my thoughts as thoughts, and am able to shift and let go of stressful or upsetting ones, and I am able to choose more neutral perceptions.

Aaron puts things on the bottom shelf (anyone can access it) in a very real and down to earth way. He is knowledgeable, engaging, caring and superbly enjoying this "long strange trip". I highly recommend taking the time and commit to sharing the experience with him. I promise you won't regret it.

What is Dana?

Statue with Flowers

Dana is a core principle in Buddhist philosophy, meaning "generosity" or "giving." It is the practice of offering something freely without attachment or expectation of return. By embracing dana, both the giver and the receiver share in creating a virtuous cycle of goodwill, gratitude, and growth.

In this course, the concept of dana guides the pricing structure: you give what feels appropriate based on the value you receive and your financial capacity. This ensures the training remains accessible to all while fostering a spirit of mutual respect and generosity.

Why Dana Matters in This Program

Offering_six_devas_Hongkong_2023-10-18_4.jpg

By embracing Dana this program allows you to:

  • Connect with Gratitude: Experience the joy of giving and receiving as a pathway to a more grateful life.

  • Align with Purpose: Make a conscious choice to invest in your growth and the growth of others.

  • Foster Community: Create a shared experience of generosity that benefits everyone involved.

Dana is more than just a payment model—it’s a practice that aligns perfectly with the values of mindfulness and gratitude. It invites you to participate in a tradition of mutual respect, intention, and transformational growth.
