"Professionals and High Performers Like You Have Already Cooked Up a Life They Love"
This program delivers real, measurable results:
-
Past participants reported an 80% reduction in worry and a 70% increase in gratitude and life satisfaction.
Imagine waking up each day experiencing 80% less worry and 70% more gratitude, knowing you’ve finally found a way to feel calm, confident, and fulfilled no matter your circumstances.
Mindfulness is the secret weapon of high performers. Tim Ferriss, author of Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers, found that over 80% of the world’s most successful individuals have regular mindfulness practices.
Now, it’s your turn.
These numbers are more than just statistics; they represent real people who’ve transformed their lives with this program. Here’s what they had to say:
I am less reactive to things as they come up and am truly learning to be "okay" with what happens- trusting that life is unfolding perfectly. I have the strength, resilience, awareness, and connection to my intuition/ inner guidance to navigate through powerfully.

Aaron is a really great facilitator. This is the second meditation training I've participated in and by far the best. I have really loved the simple, relatable explanation of the practice, the guided practice, and - most of all - the opportunity to reflect, share, and ask questions. Aaron creates an environment friendly to growth and development that I expect most people who are curious learners would find warm and welcoming.

I am more aware and mindful in my daily activities. What I've appreciated the most so far was the conversation that we had that there are no mistakes - whatever is done is done and I go from there. I am paying more attention to my thoughts as thoughts, and am able to shift and let go of stressful or upsetting ones, and I am able to choose more neutral perceptions.

Aaron puts things on the bottom shelf (anyone can access it) in a very real and down to earth way. He is knowledgeable, engaging, caring and superbly enjoying this "long strange trip". I highly recommend taking the time and commit to sharing the experience with him. I promise you won't regret it.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be complicated. With simple recipes, proven steps, and the support you need, you’ll feel better every day—even when life feels messy.
This program is free (with an opportunity for dana) and by invitation only.
... then I'd love to chat with you

What if I’m already overwhelmed?Great—you’re in the right place. These recipes are designed to fit into your life, not add to the chaos. Only you will determine if this works for you. The time commitment is a one-hour call weekly and 10-20 minutes of practice every day for nine weeks.
-
Is this a spiritual program? There are lines between religion, spirituality, and consciousness that each individual must draw for themselves. We will focus on the scientifically verified aspects of mindfulness that impact performance. For the vast majority of people, this will not conflict with any preexisting religious or spiritual practice. If this is a concern, please bring it up on the application interview call.
-
Isn’t Buddhism a religion?Yes. It's also a philosophy that focuses on the practical, real-life application of Buddha’s teachings to achieve personal insight and understanding. To whatever degree Buddhist thought enters this program, that's where we're looking and where we will have our attention. There is nothing we will do that is intended to conflict with whatever religious or spiritual practices you bring with you.
-
What if I’ve tried to meditate in the past, and it hasn’t worked? It’s likely you either didn’t have the right teacher and scaffolding around you to work through the inevitable obstacles all people encounter when meditating, or you are in the 8-10% of people who have some health condition that makes meditation not a suitable vehicle. If this concerns you, please talk to your healthcare provider.

How can you not charge for this program and what is dana?Dana is a Pali word meaning generosity, and it's hard to imagine cultivating gratitude without also cultivating generosity. I teach this course as an expression of generosity—I had this transformation into a world gratitude, and I want to give it away to anyone interested. The idea of providing an opportunity for dana is to allow the participants to cultivate their generosity. At the end of the program, every participant can give any amount that feels right to them. Nothing is expected, and participants are encouraged to look for themselves and determine the amount they feel comfortable giving (and which would cause no regret). We will discuss this more on the application call as well.
